Bootie, bootie, bootie, bootie, booties everywhere, literally! Ok, I’m about to start breaking out dancing. I have to admit booties are my downfall, no pun intended. I love them so much. There is something special about boots period, you know what I mean. In my opinion, Fall is the most enchanting time to buy shoes because it all about BOOTS. The styles are endless its much like being a kid in the candy store. Stepping out in a fresh pair of booties is the best way to, well, kick off the season in the right Way. It makes you feel like the real Fall has arrived. Here are eight styles that will have you stepping in out in style and keeping that closet in check.

Animal Print Booties

I can’t get enough of the animal print. Seriously you’ve got to get on board with snakeskin, cowskin, zebraskin and fly skin! I don’t know what it is about animal prints but it is having a moment in the limelight. You need at least one pair of animal print booties this season and snakeskin has the capacity to read like a GOOD ole neutral. Here are a few of my favorites from all the skin families. And no animals were harmed in the process.

Patent Leather Booties

I just love patent leather booties. OMG, I mean its the shine, the feel and the look. You can’t go wrong with a pair in any color. More on the high gloss, I think that’s what I love the most. Going back to when I was a little girl, my mother kept our shoes so shiny. She would polish them all the time. Especially, those Buster Brown high tops. Remember those? Maybe, I’m showing my age.

Western Booties

Cowgirl Fly! Who’s ready to ridem up cowgirl? I just love the Western bootie trend. I have always worn cowboy boots and adding some to your wardrobe is a must this season. The ankle styles are so cool when you pair with cropped jeans, mini or midi dress/skirt. You just can’t do any wrong with cowboy booties. White Booties

You can’t go wrong with white booties. White has been going strong for a few years now and not slowing down. You really can wear them every season. They can be paired with almost anything really. And yes some ole faithful denim is sure to keep you in style plus No wrong doing for pairing with a cute dress either.

Chunky/Platform Booties

I love platform everything. They are the most comfortable boot contrary to what people think. I have literally worn my chunkies all day. My mother use to laugh at me and couldn’t believe I could even walk in them. Do me a favor ladies, grab a pair and don’t forget to let me know all about it!

Metallic Booties

Shiny, shiny, shiny, shiny YEAH! Yes to more shine. Metallic is a different kind of shine than patent leather. More sparkly, girly and cute. I typically wear them with cropped jeans to show them off.

Plaid/Stripe Booties

Yes to plaid, strips and every line there is. I love plaid everything. Plaids and strips are just great textures you can rock with anything. You know me, I just mix them all together. They remind me of all the plaid I use to wear back in the day. You couldn’t tell me nothing in my plaid skirts and dresses. School look is back to stay. Check out these I found.
