It’s shoulder season ya’ll! Are you ready to show off those shoulders? Off the shoulder is flirty…… feminine…. romantic…. And screams summer! Off the shoulder dresses, tops, jumpsuits, and yes even swimsuits are back this season. And for good reason! They create a beautiful silhouette, and elevates everything from cutoffs to jeans to simple cotton dresses for all ages, shapes, and sizes.

I love the idea of a timeless, subtly sexy, but never too revealing as in the off the shoulder look. Plus I just love my collar bones, one body part I embrace. Not sure about the other parts though….Whew! I just love how they flow on my shoulders and most importantly how they make me feel. Off the shoulders tops are my old time favorites to wear in the summer. I love the coolness plus the sophistication of them. Not to mention all the different details like ruffles, flare sleeves, crop and like this polka dot one. This purple top below, I just love from Asos, it is currently sold out but there are many more to choices. You can wear off the shoulder tops with any and everything like these linen pants, denim jeans , shorts and a fly maxi skirt. The sky is the limit on styling off the shoulder tops.

Off the shoulder dresses are the perfect choice for a hot summer day. As you can see, I’ve worn my share of the off the shoulder dress trend. I have always loved the ease and comfort yet sexiness of a off shoulder dress.

They are the cutest as a mini, midi or maxi dress. This maxi is on my wishlist as a must have this summer.
